Art for Science is a woman-owned candle company that creates artisanal candles out of reclaimed (upcycled/recycled or vintage) containers. No two candles are exactly alike.

They value:

• Expression: We strive to make ephemeral art--candles that not only smell delectable, but also visually delight. It’s lofty; we know. It also brings us joy.

• Earth: We choose recycled containers and sustainably sourced soy and beeswax in respect for the limited and precious planet we have on loan to us.

• Evidence: We donate a portion of our proceeds to rotating science-based charities, which is the inspiration for our name. (We make Art FOR Science).

• Expertise: We meticulously craft and handpour locally in Tacoma, WA. The owner uses her background in chemistry, organic skincare formulation, and life-long Perfectionism.
