Our meatless jerky is made in Tacoma, Washington from dehydrated whole non-GMO soybeans. This ingredient is perfect not only because of its texture and ability to absorb flavor, but also because of the minimal processing required to produce it. All of our recipes have a similar flavor base, which is inspired by the decades-old family recipe created by Susan. Although Sue passed away in 2016, she lives on through her children, grandchildren, and now our jerky. Try it in 4 different flavors!
