APPLEWOOD SMOKED - The Applewood Smoked flavor is our only kelp sea salt offering. We stripped the core seasoning ingredients for a stand-alone blend of bull kelp and applewood smoked sea salt. Applewood smoked sea salt has a softer smokiness and notes of fruit and sweetness. A little goes a long way with this simple blend, perfect for those times when you add just a dash of salt to your cooking. Our blend can be a nutritious alternative to household table salt or Himalayan sea salt. We experimented with this blend on grilled meats and it worked beautifully as a dry rub on beef sirloin and succulent pork shank.

SPICY HABANERO - Our Spicy Habanero sea salt is perfect for a dash of heat to your favorite dish! We enjoy this sea salt as a salt rim for a Bloody Mary, on salmon and in eggs. Feel free to add onto any food that needs a bit of heat and sweetness. The Spicy Habanero is one of two kelp sea salt offerings. Along with the umami kelp flavor you also get a dash of mango, orange zest and cumin.
